This is one of my favorite stitch techniques. With minor adjustments you can use virtually any shape for the 4mm beads (firepolish, pearls, rondels, bicones, etc.) Here I used 4mm Firepolish beads. It works up quickly and is fun to watch the spirals forming as you bead along.

What to bring: 11/0 round seed beads, 8/0 round seed beads, 80-100 4mm beads, needle and thread, your favorite clasp, two wire guards, two jump rings, and an extender chain if you wish.
